Mental Health Conversation

Youth Discussions Hosted by Damion Lee:

Damion hosted two one-hour closed discussions with youth from each of the schools listed below, conducted via Zoom. A licensed mental health psychologist joined Damion on the calls to help facilitate the conversations.

The discussions covered several important topics, including:

  • Dealing with bullying
  • Adjusting to different learning environments
  • Practicing self-care
  • How to be comfortable in your own skin

These sessions aimed to provide valuable support and guidance to the youth, helping them navigate challenges and build resilience.
